How to get new password:

1. Step 1. Enter your 13 digit ID number.
2. Click on the mouse, and the QUESTION will pop-up which you choose for reset password
3. Type in the ANSWER you remember and then click on submit button
4. You will be redirected to a CHANGE PASSWORD page where you will enter new password to reset your password.
5. Click on submit to submit new password

Please note: This will be the new password you will use should you forget your login credentials

• Login, using username (ID number) and password
• Step 1:Complete personal details
• Step 2:Capture Grade 12(matric) results
• Step 3:Select internship you interested in
• Step 4:Submit documents to Health.EPWP@westerncape.gov.za
